I offer 23 years of Therapeutic Massage experience,. "Deep Tissue Relaxation" is what folks have been calling my style. Enough pressure that you feel relaxed and leave knowing you've had a high quality massage but not so deep that it is painful. 60 minutes is a wonderful session. I find that my "Type A" people benefit from a 90-minute session. That final 30 minutes the body just seems to exhale and relax.
