Job Highlights: Full employment position with annual base salary plus bonuses and commissions model (only brokerage in the country) Commission scales up based on annual production (the higher the production, the higher the commission rate for the whole year) Income opportunity after first year: $250,000 to $1,000,000 Recession resilient model (our model works really well in a down market) Full health insurance benefits, including medical, dental, vision and life insurance. Job Requirements : Must have solid sales and real estate experience with an active real estate license. Self-motivated, disciplined, and accountable. Must have strong phone presentation and personal communication skills with commercial real estate brokers, commercial real estate owners, CPAs, and attorneys. Ability and desire to make a lot of calls and be constantly on the phone building relationships while creating and managing a pipeline of deals. Must be able to network and develop fruitful relationships with other commercial real estate agents and manage broker affiliates. Ability to generate a high conversion rate on leads given and develop self-generated leads and lead referrals. Ability to present well in a one-on-one situations and to groups of people. Must be disciplined to follow proven system of sales production while being highly creative with deal making. Strong ability to persuade and overcome objections to close deals. Solid negotiation skills. Must be disciplined to effectively use your company technology and maintain information organized in files and CRM. Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Tenacity to keep working while looking at every angle. Willing to be held accountable in regards to both activity levels and results. No college degree necessary, but must be comfortable working with numbers, financial calculations, valuation, as well as tax issues. Degree in finance, business, and/ or real estate is a plus. 1031 Exchange and other tax related transaction experience is a plus. Broker's license vs. agent license is a plus. Willing to travel as needed. Able to create and maintain collegial relationships with management and sales team. Must be coachable and willing to take instruction well. Enthusiastic, tenacious and comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment. True team player and highly ethical. Candidates must pass a background check and have excellent references. Must be a positive person and continually demonstrate a positive and cooperative attitude.
