We are seeking a full time Plant Manager for our Diesel Exhaust fluid manufacturing and packaging plant in North Kansas City, MO.

This individual will be responsible for all aspects of production and packaging to scheduling and fulfillment of deliveries based on customer demand through the most cost-effective means whether on Certified DEF equipment or third party.

The Plant manager will be responsible for hiring and managing staffing requirements for the North Kansas City Plant operations. This includes office, production of Diesel Exhaust Fluid, packaging production and a bridge to our qualified drivers for our transportation fleet.

Expected as part of that responsibility will be: (1) Supervision and hands on support for our DEF blending and product certification, the drum, tote and bottle filling operation, and to track and manage inventories. (2) Assist our transportation department in training of drivers in the Certified DEF way. (3) Maintain a clean and safe environment throughout the plant. (4) Liaison with office manager to get customer delivery requirements and ensure a timely completion of required paperwork.


• Manage & schedule full-time plant employees and contractors.
• Schedule finished goods production to meet customer demand.
• Order raw materials for production.
• Diligent tracking of inventories, daily and monthly.
• Promote a safe work environment on the job and in the field.
• Maintains, inspects and at times replaces equipment related to the plant and trucks efficiency to take care of the customers’ needs.
• Is knowledgeable of state, local and federal DOT Requirements for all trucks and drivers.
• Maintain and monitor Bill of Ladings, Delivery Tickets, and other Daily and monthly reports from Drivers.
• Markets local business in the Kansas City area.


• Positive and Professional attitude.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding operational goals.
• Comfortably with mathematics in the blending process.
• Hands on approach to maintain equipment.
• Excellent verbal & written communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Word & MS Excel.
• Ability to multitask, problem solve and work under pressure.
• Ability to work necessary hours as dictated by the needs of the business.
• Previous experience managing teams of people to achieve organizational goals a plus.
• Class A CDL is a plus.
