Seeking business partner or Mentor

Warning long winded rant!
My life needs to take a turn for some peace and stability soon [ I will explain that fully later]
Through the years I have studied many avenues,
recently got my certifications for life coaching hypnotherapy and basic NLP [those are what I want to focus on]
Others are psychology, anti-aging, Holistic Theology, Reiki and even private investigations [before the internet made that service pretty null and void] I have a so called , thirst for knowledge but seem to lack the practical follow through to make any of this profitable.
I either, select a "wrong for me" business plan or MAINLY select people to partner with that aren't serious, perhaps criminal, hidden agenda,addictions, unbalanced. Not all of these people had bad intentions, probably just couldn't do what they planned and I have learned and let go but
that phase has got to be over. No repeats
I am not sure if I want to rent an office space yet but want to partner with a like minded individual who has had success in the past. Knows the economy and the risks but is still brave enough to invest time and a little money.
Bottom line, We can be partners OR I can work for you OR if you have legitimate qualifications, mentor me
