Part-time Helpdesk Technician (20-25 hours per week)
Apex Systems, the nation's 2nd largest IT Staffing organization, has an opening for a Part-time Helpdesk Technician with a large company in downtown Kansas City! This opportunity is ideal for students who are pursuing their education in the IT field and are eager to acquire some work experience before graduation.
The Helpdesk Technician is responsible for remote technical support of all IT supported services and systems for internal customers, service vendors, external customers and other companies within the industry.
Shift: The hours will be 3 or 4 p.m. to 9 or 10 p.m. during the week and day shift during the weekend.Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED required
- Strong computer skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access and Excel
- Excellent problem solving and trouble shooting skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, friendly demeanor and helpful attitude
- Experience gained in school/classes can be applied
